We’re excited to say “guest bedroom” because we really didn’t have a place for guests in our last home.  This is a very small room but perfect for a visitor sleeping over.  We removed the paneling and the carpet, hung sheetrock, all new electrical, refinished all the woodwork,  rebuilt the entire closet, refinished some old shoji screen doors we’ve been saving for years and cut them to fit the closet, stained the ceiling, painted walls, sealed the concrete floors and applied 3 coats of wax polish to the floor.  Electrical wires were all capped and sealed and a new ceiling fan installed.
