This little 8 foot section of the house in the hallway almost gave my mortgage co. a heart attack. This is exactly how it looked the day we bought the house. It was never finished by the owner and was a transition area from the house to his office. The mortgage co. had no idea what to think of this but of course we knew it was no big deal and would be fixed in a weekend. Thank goodness they trusted us! Seriously, we almost lost the house because of THIS.
How stupid, right?!
